WildflowersUK.com and Yellow Flag Wildflowers try to make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained on this website, however we reserve the right to change prices, stock availability and or other information contained herein without prior notice. Photographs and videos of mixtures used on our website are for illustrative purposes only, often from similar mixtures and are not intended to depict the exact species that will be supplied or exact results obtained.
All products listed are subject to availability on receipt of order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. Occasionally it may be necessary to provide an alternative product.
Seed is supplied nett weight.
Goods remain the property of Yellow Flag Wildflowers until payment is made in full.
All our products are of guaranteed high quality, either grown by us, or obtained from reputable sources. Please report any damages or loss immediately to us and retain any damaged packing that would be required as evidence in event of a claim on the courier. We can then either provide replacements or refund payment.
The performance of our products will be limited to storage and growing conditions, and we cannot be held responsible for non-germination or any consequential loss due to conditions beyond our control.
Seeds will be despatched all year round, usually within 7 working days by post or carrier.
Order cancellations can only be accepted if we are informed in writing within 14 days of customers receiving goods. Goods must then be returned to us immediately at the customers expense and in good condition. We will then refund the cost of the goods in full. For full details please refer to "right to cancel" below.
We make every effort to ensure our seeds are of high purity and if not found to meet these standards may be retuned to us undamaged within 30 days for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Occasionally it is not possible to completely remove all impurities and it is therefore impossible to guarantee that certain varieties or batches may not contain tiny amounts of impurities within reason. eg. chaff or seed of other species.
Please note, some wildflower seeds contain toxins, we therefore suggest that your seeds are always stored out of the reach of small children. There is also limited evidence to suggest that certain seeds eg. Corncockle or Yellow Rattle can present a small risk to animals if consumed in excessive quantities.
Wildflowersuk.com and Yellow Flag Wildflowers accepts no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, demands, proceedings and actions which persons using this website may sustain or incur or which may be brought or established against it by any person and any case which arises out or in relation to or by reason of their use of this website.
Goods left in a "safe places" eg. behind side gate, under porch, etc are done so entirely at the customer`s own risk. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for missing goods where a "safe place" has been requested.
Links to external websites are given in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for updates or changes to content in those websites.
Orders will be delivered in a timely manner and to the best of our ability within the time-frames stated on our
delivery page.
All single seed species and mixes for sale on our website will be dispatched in 1 double wrapped pack in the quantity that the customer has selected and added to the shopping cart which enables us to offers customer more choice, dispatch more quickly, and reduce plastic use.
For example, where the customer has selected and added 1 X 1 gram plus 2 X 10 grams of Corn Poppy to the shopping cart, a total 21 grams of seed would be packed and supplied in 1 single double-wrapped pack. If customers require multiple quantities of a single species to be sent out in more than 1 packet, please indicate by adding the required packing weights into the shopping cart as separate items.
Goods can only be delivered once payment has been verified and accepted.
Orders placed with us constitute acceptance of our Terms & Conditions by the purchaser.
Right to cancel
*You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, (Yellow Flag Wildflowers 8, Plock Court, Longford, Glos GL2 9DW Tel/Fax 01452 311525 email: sales.info `at` wildflowersuk.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email)
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
*right to cancel does not apply for business to business transactions.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than- (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, (Mr. J.Northcott Yellow Flag Wildflowers 8, Plock Court, Longford, Glos, United Kingdom GL2 9DW), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are safely returned to us in good condition. We strongly recommend using a recorded of "signed for" service with tracking number when returning any goods and ensure adequate insurance cover is included against loss or damage. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

answers and forms our new Privacy policy that replaces our existing statement
prior to GDPR.

may decide to share with us, to assist with the processing/dispatch of your

We need your data to effectively process your order and
communicate with you if there is a problem or availability issue. We will
always tell you if any data you provide is optional or ask you if we require

contact with you when you order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of

We may share your data with companies and persons who provide a
service to us such as Web developers, Google analytics, Payment system
providers, Providers of email newsletter programs (where you have consented to opt in) Royal Mail (in the event of a loss or damage claim) etc.

Q. Do we hold customer credit/debit card details ?
No, credit/debit card details are only
requested in secure pages for online orders by the payment gateway provider
(e.g. Elavon, Pay 360 etc.) and are not stored by us. We
will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
knowledge or consent.

Do we sell customer data ?

we will never sell your data.
Q. What rights do I have to inspect my personal
data or for it to be deleted or amended ?
The information we hold will be accurate
and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will, where appropriate delete or correct it promptly within one month or you contacting us. The personal
information which we hold, will be kept securely in accordance with our internal
security policy and the law and breaches will be reported as required legally.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic
Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
Q.
What rights do I have to opt out of future email marketing ?
From 25th May 2018, new
customers who order with us, will be given the choice of receiving email
newsletters by means of a positive opt-in and as required by law, a record will
be held as to when and how you consented.
If you change you mind in future then you may easily do so by contacting
us or by using the opt-out box contained within all of our email newsletters.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (which has already been set) to track the goods that are added to your shopping basket, this cookie is essential so that the website can "remember" what products are in your shopping cart as you move from page to page. Session cookies expire once you have left this website, parts of the site will not work if this cookie is not permitted.
