Weld -reseda luteola – grows in dry grassland and also on bare waste ground where there is plenty of sunlight. In gardens, Weld can be gown in a sunny flower border where the long flower spikes can look particularly impressive. The soft yellow flowers appear mainly from June to September. Weld looks best growing with wild flowers such as Oxeye daisies, Evening Primrose, White Campion, Teasel, Great Mullien and Scented Chamomile.

How to grow Weld Seeds
Weld seeds should be sown in autumn, outside, where they are to flower and germination should normally take place the following spring. The seedlings, can be pricked out and grown on, for planting out later in the year.
